| Relations Between the Client and Debtor |  In practical activity the situations are not excluded, at which the debtor for any reasons is not interested in change of the creditor.
Between that, client (in particular, the civil engineering firm), broken the appropriate agreement, can bear responsibility for infringement of the interdiction, established by the contract, or restrictions on concession of the rights, as thus it broke the taken up obligations.
It is necessary to notice, that even if by the contract the concrete measures of the responsibility used to the client are not stipulated, the debtor irrespective of this fact has the right to require compensation caused to it by change of the creditor of the losses. However in this case it should prove that owing to replacement of the creditor it was broken right, and was compelled to make the charges for its restoration etc.
