Factoring service circuit consists of five basic stages: 1. Delivery of the goods on conditions of a delay of payment. 2. Concession of the right of the requirement of the debt on delivery to Bank. 3. Payment of prescheduled payment (up to 90 % from the sum of the put goods) at once after delivery. 4. Payment for the put goods. 5. Payment of the rest of means (from 10 %, after payment by the buyer) behind a minus of a commission.
Factoring with an advance payment - provides an immediate reimbursement of the settlement documents of the supplier, as soon as they will be transferred to bank. Actually bank carries out crediting the supplier.
Factoring without an advance payment - means, that the bank undertakes to pay transferred to it by the supplier the settlement documents on certain, date, fixed in the contract as a rule, per day of payment of the documents by the buyer.
The given conditions are connected to risks, which arise at failure of the payer of performance of the obligations. At the conclusion of the agreement with the right of recourse the supplier continues to bear the certain credit risk under the debt requirements sold by them factoring of the company. The given condition is provided, if the suppliers are sure, that at them the doubtful liabilities can not appear, or that they carefully enough estimate credit status of the clients, having developed own, the effective system of protection from credit suffices is brave, or by virtue of specificity of the clients. Both in that and in the other case the supplier does not consider necessary to pay services for insurance of credit risk. However guaranteed for the supplier and the duly inflow of money resources can be provided only at the conclusion of the agreement without the right of recourse. It is necessary, truth to note, that, if the debt requirement is recognized. Non-recourse factoring means, that the bank incurs risks on reception of money resources from the buyer.
